The “HDH” is constructed with 55,000 lb. minimum yield steel and uses an extra heavy rear angle with strategically placed gussets to provide maximum structural support and frame strength. The exclusive base frame support struts provide unparalleled structural reinforcement and safety. The unit also comes equipped with yellow and black diagonal striped full range toe guards.
The material handling industry has begun to maximize shipping space, due to an increase in the cost of gasoline and raw materials. Therefore, heavier loads are crossing dock levelers on an everyday basis. In addition, many companies are shipping and receiving on more than one shift. Heavier capacity units will not only accommodate heavier loads, but will last longer in multi-shift operations. The “HDH” pit leveler is durably made to fit these rigorous applications.
